专利摘要:
Procedure for obtaining sports clothes and sportswear obtained. Starting from garments or pieces for obtaining them based on polyester, the process consists in applying on said pieces a plurality of small dots of a paste based on resin and silicone, which is subjected to a drying process and polymerized. In this way a sports garment is obtained in which the adhesion, permeability, oxygenation of the skin, perspiration and non-slip both in the internal and external part of the garment in question are significantly improved, giving a high degree of optimum reliability for the realization of sports activities. DESCRIPTION

Procedure for obtaining sportswear and sportswear obtained.

Object of the invention 5

The present invention relates to a process by which a sports garment is obtained, with a novel structuring from which notable and appreciable advantages are derived with respect to traditional garments known and used for the same purposes. 10

More specifically, the invention relates to sportswear that include polyester and silicone resins for textile use, polymers and other compounds in order that they have characteristics of high adhesion to the body, permeability of the whole, as well as high versatility. fifteen

The invention is therefore applicable in the field of sportswear, especially those for gymnastics in all its aspects and specialties, pole dance, mountaineering, etc.
 twenty
Background of the invention

It is known by all in general the fact of the existence in the market of a wide diversity of polyester and silicone resins, intended to cover a wide range of preferences revealed by the various users in multiplicity of 25 industrial sectors. But in the sports sector there is no record that claims this type of sportswear manufacturing and its usefulness, adhesion, permeability, antibacterial and aseptic.

In this sense, it has been revealed in the current state of the art the use of resins and silicone in the textile sector at silkscreen and color levels. Among the different components, in order to provide a seemingly more perfect appearance with a higher degree of finish, without entering into the technical properties that flow from the chemical agents themselves (resins - silicones) to sportswear and their application and utility for certain physical - sports activities, which require these properties. 35

Consequently, current sportswear, even those with antibacterial treatments, have the peculiarity that in most cases they do not fit well with the user's body, which causes discomfort due to friction or loss of physical benefits, when generated unwanted air flows between the surface defined between the garment and the user's own skin.

However, in accordance with the practical developments experienced by the present applicant, it has been found that the performance of these mentioned activities improves substantially, giving a high degree of improvement to the exercises performed in their effectiveness and performance.

Description of the invention

Taking into account the foregoing, the present invention has proposed as a fundamental objective the fact of providing a garment with optimum characteristics from the point of view of permeability, oxygenation of the skin perspiration and non-slip both internally and externally of the garment in question, giving a degree of reliability for the performance of these optimal sports activities.
To do this, and based on the conventional structuring of any sportswear, preferably obtained from polyester fibers, the invention focuses its characteristics on the fact that in addition to the cut or textile parts that participate in said garment micro particles of polyester and / or silicone resins for textile use on its surface being adhered and integrated in it during its manufacturing process.

The product is applied in a timely manner, that is, forming a matrix of conveniently distributed small dots, although its application can be made over the entire surface of the garment or in specific and strategic areas, without affecting the essence of the invention. .

This combination of materials means that the garment obtained, regardless of the type or cut in which it is materialized, has optimal performance from the point of view of adhesion, permeability, oxygenation of the perspiration skin as well as non-slip.

In this way a garment is achieved with which the performance of its user in the practice of any sporting activity is substantially improved.
 twenty
Example of practical embodiment of the invention

As an example, and starting from a group of textile pieces for the manufacture of a sportswear of any kind (shirt, pants, etc.), based on polyester, to obtain the garment of the invention it is necessary to have a rotary machine in which a cylindrical drum is provided provided with a plurality of small holes through which the essential product of the invention is applied, said drum being passed on the textile pieces of the garment to be obtained or directly on the garment sports in question, this being applied homogeneously in the form of small points conveniently equidistant so as not to affect the perspiration properties of the garment.

As for the product applied, it is materialized in a paste that is injected into the drum, based on resin and silicone.
 35
More specifically, for one kilogram of pasta, the following components participate in it:

• 870g polyurethane dispersion.
 40
• 34g emulsifier.

• 70g of fixative.

• 26g thickener. Four. Five

Once the product is applied, the textile pieces or garments are subjected to a drying phase, at a temperature of the order of 100 ° C, as! as a next stage of polymerization of the material, in which they are subjected to a temperature of the order of 140 ° C, in which the paste is perfectly adhered and with the consistency suitable for its optimum operation.

Obviously, the size of the holes of the drum that the paste applies can be varied depending on the specific needs of each case, just as the paste can be applied
over the entire surface of the garment, or in specific and strategic areas, without affecting the essence of the invention.
